With 30 years of experience in printing, Bob has worked in virtually every facet of the field. “The work is rewarding, and our appreciative clients make it even better,” he says. Bob claims he usually keeps his sense of humor, but as an avid Phoenix Suns fan, he’s probably been tested now and then.

Rick’s experience in graphic design, pre-press, digital production, and websites have made him the go to resource for creating digital solutions for our clients and our company. Originally from Southern California, Rick’s love of sports and the outdoors brought him to Arizona in 2007. “I love the warm weather, the people, and working for a great company like O’Neil.”
For more than 21 years, Dick has been solving problems for clients in the print industry. “I love to meet and talk with our clients. I like figuring out ways to meet a challenge, and I want to make sure our clients get the best service and best product possible,” Dick says. So where did he get all that mental finesse? Maybe at the poker table, where he likes spending some of his free time.
Nicole has worked in printing for 15 years. But when this family-oriented print rep went to work for O’Neil, she found a home. “We have a great team here; I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else,” Nicole says. She adds, “I enjoy the challenge of creating a seamless experience for clients, from start to finish.”
Nance says she’s worked in the printing industry for “small shops, big shops, red shops, green shops, new shops, blue shops.” Dr. Seuss rhymes aside, she loves “new challenges and learning new things,” which makes sense for this 26-year veteran of the ever-changing print industry. She adds that she likes to make clients happy, a goal that all of us at O’Neil share.
Renee spent more than 16 years in the magazine and custom publishing fields before moving into commercial printing six years ago. She brings her passion for graphic design to every project she oversees and loves working with O’Neil’s diverse clients and industries. As a tennis player, she makes it a point not to drop the ball.
Client Services Manager
After earning his college degree in graphic arts, Ken pursued a career in printing. His enthusiasm for the field has yet to wane. “Being able to take a client’s vision and see it through to shipping is as good as it gets,” he says. Ken has energy to spare, using his free time to run marathons, the perfect pastime for a guy who’s been in the print industry for 35-plus years.
