With 30 years of experience in printing, Bob has worked in virtually every facet of the field. “The work is rewarding, and our appreciative clients make it even better,” he says. Bob claims he usually keeps his sense of humor, but as an avid Phoenix Suns fan, he’s probably been tested now and then.

Lynn has spent the majority of her career in the print and graphic design fields. Her degree in graphic design, coupled with 24 years of experience in printing and advertising, make Lynn well suited to address the needs of O’Neil’s clients. “I love making each client’s dreams happen, knowing we’ve made a difference in the outcome of their project and ultimately, in the success of their business.” Lynn is known for her contagious laugh, a welcome quality in a high-pressure world.

For more than 21 years, Dick has been solving problems for clients in the print industry. “I love to meet and talk with our clients. I like figuring out ways to meet a challenge, and I want to make sure our clients get the best service and best product possible,” Dick says. So where did he get all that mental finesse? Maybe at the poker table, where he likes spending some of his free time.

Nicole has worked in printing for 15 years. But when this family-oriented print rep went to work for O’Neil, she found a home. “We have a great team here; I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else,” Nicole says. She adds, “I enjoy the challenge of creating a seamless experience for clients, from start to finish.”

Mark helps to manage O’Neil’s technical needs, including internal and external IT services, variable programming and O’Neil Direct. He is also the go-to guy for special client projects or new O’Neil projects that require technical expertise.

Mark’s background in computer science – specifically network engineering – is an invaluable asset for our clients and ourselves. “I have irons in just about every department’s fires and work on solving new problems each day,” Mark says. “I love making things work that seem unworkable.” So, does that tenacious streak show up in his personal life? “I re-engineered my water sprinklers three times to get the most efficient system,” he says. Clearly, Mark’s a handy guy to have around.

Renee spent more than 16 years in the magazine and custom publishing fields before moving into commercial printing six years ago. She brings her passion for graphic design to every project she oversees and loves working with O’Neil’s diverse clients and industries. As a tennis player, she makes it a point not to drop the ball.
