Ink is in our blood.

Printing has a way of getting into your blood. Scratch the surface of our management team, and you’ll find years of experience, an eagerness to work hard and the ability to adapt to the unexpected. Not to mention a little ink in our veins.

Anthony Narducci

President

tony@oneilprint.com

Tony has a combined work experience of 35 years in publishing, print manufacturing and client services. He has overall responsibility for the vision of O’Neil Printing and directs the Sales and Marketing of the company. As a member of O’Neil’s senior management, Tony is available to facilitate the needs of clients.

“What I love most about O’Neil is our people and how they adapt to change, support each other and make a difference in our client relationships,” Tony says. His passion for charitable works has taken him to Africa three times, where his son, Justin, adopted his grandson, Trevor. When you meet Tony, you’ll find he’s one of the most relaxed, amiable guys around (as long as you don’t say anything negative about University of Arizona football. Or basketball. Or baseball).

Dean Toth

Vice President, Operations

Ext 152
dean@oneilprint.com

Dean oversees all production operations of our company, ensuring the smooth flow of work through our plant. With his extensive background in providing printing solutions for clients, Dean is uniquely suited to manage the operations of O’Neil Printing. His experience as a multi-color pressman gives him invaluable foresight when planning difficult jobs for press.

Dean has a working knowledge of the many services O’Neil provides, from prepress through finishing, and is driven to satisfy the requirements of our clients and deliver on our commitments. Dean loves the challenge of his job, saying “There are a million things that can go wrong on a project and only one way to do it right. That means there are a lot of fires to put out, and that’s what we do as a team.” No surprise, then, that Dean loves auto racing.

Tim Butler

Chief Development Officer

Ext 131
tbutler@oneilprint.com

Tim is a seasoned executive with over two decades of success at fostering the development of emerging growth companies and creating extraordinary value. He started his career in financial roles, quickly advancing to CFO level before transitioning to C-Level operations and top leadership roles. Tim also has some ink in his blood. In fact, he cut his teeth in the printing industry with a $260 million international direct mail company and manufacturer of business forms, related printed products and software. He has also served on the O’Neil Board of Directors for several years. So of course it was our honor when Tim accepted the role of Chief Development Officer at O’Neil. Tim’s passion in growing companies, creating value in those companies and providing leadership and team building within operations is an asset as O’Neil Printing focuses our efforts on providing relevant products and services that generate revenue and profit.

“What I love most about coming to work here at O’Neil is the opportunity to create value for all its stakeholders including employees, customers, vendors and shareholders,” Tim says. In his off time, Tim and his wife of 30 years enjoy travelling, the beach, mountains, camping, hiking and spending fun time with their family and friends. And of course they love their sports, the AZ proteams, ASU (sorry Wildcats) and anything New England.

Shawn Arney

PreMedia Manager

Ext 149
shawn@oneilprint.com

Shawn is a 30-year veteran of the print industry. He’s spent most of his career working in prepress – an area that’s evolved so much it’s now known as PreMedia. “I look forward to a new challenge each day. Our work is so diversified, you never know what’s next.” He adds, “I want our clients to be thrilled with the final piece. When a client looks at a press sheet and says ‘wow,’ that’s my favorite moment.”

Ken Jackson

Client Services Manager

Ext 134
kjackson@oneilprint.com

After earning his college degree in graphic arts, Ken pursued a career in printing. His enthusiasm for the field has yet to wane. “Being able to take a client’s vision and see it through to shipping is as good as it gets,” he says. Ken has energy to spare, using his free time to run marathons, the perfect pastime for a guy who’s been in the print industry for 35-plus years.
