Viewing Orders - Past or Current

All orders, shipments, and tracking information are confirmed by email. The customizable features of our system allow us to set up your records with an item description, review all orders past and present, set order limits and track usage in real time.

 

Custom Re-order Points

Management of inventoried items is simplified with custom re-order points on all items. This helps in preventing backorders and provides for uninterrupted fulfillment of orders. The system will automatically notify you of low inventory.

 

Security and Access Permissions

When you place orders through the Internet interface, O’NeilDirect generates a picking ticket for fulfillment and prints the labels for the shipping boxes. An automated cycle counting process helps us better track actual inventory levels on a quarterly basis, eliminating the need for exhaustive annual inventory reconciliation.
