Ron is responsible for the long range planning and profitable operation of our company. With over twenty years at O'Neil, Ron's experience encompasses all aspects of the technical side of printing, together with an astute understanding of business and finance.

Ron has served as president of the Printing Industries of Arizona (PIAZ). He was awarded the Z.A. Prust Industry Achievement Award for outstanding leadership, integrity, character and ongoing commitment to the printing industry.

Tony has a combined work experience of 26 years in publishing, print manufacturing and client services. He has overall responsibility for the ongoing operations of O’Neil Printing and directs the Sales and Marketing of the Company. Tony is available to facilitate client’s needs through senior management at O’Neil

Dean oversees all production operations of our company. He ensures the smooth flow of work through our plant. Dean is uniquely suited to manage the operations of O’Neil Printing with an extensive background in printing solutions for our clients. His background as a multi-color pressman gives him invaluable foresight when planning difficult jobs for press.

He has a working knowledge of the many services O’Neil provides from prepress through finishing. Dean is driven by satisfying the requirements of our clients, and through the efforts of our staff delivering on our commitments.

Melissa is responsible for the accounting and financial operations of our company. With a successful background in public accounting, Melissa is well equipped to deal with the intricacies of accounting for an ESOP firm.

She is instrumental in the continued enhancement of our Management Information System (MIS) to ensure the timely and accurate accounting of vital financial data.
