O'Neil Printing Earns FSC Certification
RELEASE DATE: 07/09/2007

Phoenix, AZ O'Neil Printing takes its corporate social responsibility seriously. So seriously, in fact, that they have completed the process of becoming FSC certified. Earning FSC Chain-Of-Custody certification allows O'Neil to contribute to a worldwide system that promotes the responsible management of the world¹s forests.

Through the FSC system, the forests that harvest trees, along with the logging companies, paper mills, paper vendors and printers, become a "link" in the "chain of custody" rules set forth by the FSC for FSC-certified print products. The FSC appoints independent certifiers to verify that companies like O'Neil, who offer FSC certified products, have obtained their supplies from FSC certified sources. This "chain of custody" assures that consumers can trust the FSC label.

Being able to accommodate clients who wish to carry the FSC-certification logo on their print products is important to O'Neil, as is the commitment to the system itself. "We want our clients and potential clients to know that we are serious about our corporate responsibility," says Tony Narducci, President of O¹Neil Printing. "This effort is a result of our values and vision as a company." Going forward, O'Neil FSC-Certified projects will carry the certification number SCS-COC-001090.
