Phoenix, AZ - When one of America’s most recognized organizations wanted to create an anniversary book documenting their amazing art collection, they chose O’Neil Printing to bring this masterpiece to print. From James Montgomery Flagg and Norman Rockwell to Romero Britto and countless others, the American Red Cross has amassed an impressive collection of art that includes paintings, sculpture, architecture, artifacts, and much more. Taking the design created by Rule29 and images of MacDonald Photography, O’Neil Printing produced an amazing piece that is reflective of the beautiful artwork displayed within. While creating this tour de force, O’Neil Print used their Staccato 20 micron stochastic screening and Heidelberg Speedmaster 8 Color Long Perfector 40 inch with Aqueous Coater. Thomas B. Goehner, manager of historical outreach, summed up the project best: “The 125th anniversary of the American Red Cross provided us with a great opportunity to not only celebrate our great humanitarian heritage but our artistic heritage as well. The American Red Cross boasts one of the most unique corporate art collections in the country. Inspired by some recent “birthday gifts” to our collection by a number of well-known contemporary artists, we decided to share these new and old treasures in our very first art book. We were pleased that O’Neil Printing shared our enthusiasm for these artworks that have touched generations of Americans and took up the challenge to print a publication I think we can all be proud of.” About O’Neil Printing: . |
